Cupcake Mix Recipe

(Makes 6 cupcakes)

Included:
1 package cupcake mix

You will need:
1 egg
2 T vegetable oil
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF and position oven rack in the middle position. Prepare cupcake pan with 6 cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, egg, water, oil and blend with a spoon about 30 seconds until moistened. Mix with an electric mixer on low to medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes. Divide the batter evenly, filling the liners two thirds full. Bake for 18-21 minutes until the tops of the cupcakes are light brown.

When cupcakes have cooled completely, decorate and enjoy!
